It's been a long time coming and it is finally here: Service Villa officially launches Service Villa Homes. Our team has come up with an easy way for owners to post properties for sale or rent. It doesn't matter if it's a home, a condominium, an empty lot, an apartment or a commercial property, Service Villa Homes will help you sell it fast.

We built the site to allow the user to easily navigate and find properties within just a few clicks. Users can now keep track of homes they liked in their own watchlist or they can email the property owners and get in touch with them quickly for ease of communication. The user can even send property information to a mobile phone to have the address information at their fingertips without having to jot anything down. Just like Service Villa Professionals, Service Villa Homes is free. Both buyers and sellers are free to post and search for properties without paying a single penny.

We are doing away with different types of contractor listing types on Service Villa! Every listing will have the same benefits as the previously called "featured listing" free of charge. For example, previously "basic listings" could not post images. Now all contractor listings will have the capability of showcasing up to 20 different images.

In an effort to serve all our users, we are now giving ALL levels of business listings the capability to add their web site address to their listing. We want to provide all our users with as much information as possible on each listing so that they can make a more informed decision when choosing a general contractor or service professional.

If you are a business owner with a listing on Service Villa all you have to do to add your web site URL to your listing is login to your control panel, select the listing you wish to edit and click on Listing Information. Enter your business web site URL into the appropriate form field and you are done.

With the launch of this peppermint-fresh blog, we start a new initiative at Service Villa. We hope to inform, provoke, encourage, and support our customers, registered members and our thousands of lurking visitors with instructive and helpful entries.
