Service Villa is the home to over 1100 service professionals and general contractors in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Naples, and the Florida Keys with plans to expand to the rest of the United States in the near future.
Who can add a business listing?
If you are a service professional or a general contractor and produce quality work, you can add your business listing to Service Villa.
Does it cost anything to add my business listing?
We offer different listing levels at different price points to accommodate companies with different budgets (including a free listing level). For details, please visit our

How do I cancel my account?
Easy. Login to your control panel, under "Edit Your Account Information" select "Cancel My Account".
Can I opt out of any of your email communications?
Of course. Using the e-mail account you used to register for Service Villa, e-mail info@servicevilla.com with the subject "Remove Me."
Will my personal information be sold?
Never. Ever. Period.
I'm hiring a contractor? What should I do to make sure I hire the right one?
You should always use great care when doing any business transaction. The
FTC has a wealth of information on how to make an informed home improvement decision. We highly suggest you
take a few minutes and read it.
How does Service Villa provide so many services for free?
The simple answer is we provide advertising for companies that wish to post banners or text links on our site. Another way we generate income is through the use of
affiliate programs that we are registered for. We basically make a small commission on any sale that goes through some links on our site.

Who is this "Service Villa User" I keep seeing in some company reviews?
We value the privacy of all our users. For this reason, if an individual chooses to review a company on our site, they have the option of reviewing them anonymously. This is the now infamous "Service Villa User". We hope this encourages honest reviews that will benefit other users and even the company itself.
I wrote a review and made a mistake. How do I change it?
Login to your control panel, select View your Ratings under Your Toolbox, and select edit.
Update: We are currently fixing the edit your rating/review feature. You will not be able to edit in the mean time.
Can I delete a rating or review I gave a company?
At this point in time, there is no way to delete a review or rating. However, for the time being, if you feel strongly about a certain review,
use the contact form in our site and let us know. It could take up to 1 week to remove the rating or review.
Can I delete a rating or review someone gave me?
If the review is fair and does not break any of the guidelines we've set, then the answer is no.

How do I add a product to the Product Section?
Simply fill out our "Suggest a Product" application and our editors will research your request. Although not every product will make it to the product section, our editors will look at each application seriously.
Can I send you a physical product?
Yes. Make sure you let us know via the form that you would like to send us the physical product.
How often do you guys select a product?
It varies. A good rule of thumb is once a week.
Do I have to pay anything to suggest a product?
Nope.
